This Fall, C3's Children's Church program is getting super-charged. The Way officially launches on Sunday, September 19, 2010.

The purpose of The Way is simply to teach kids the way (Proverb 22:6) to follow the Way (John 14:6). Through worship, skits, small group discussion, and other activities, we are dedicated to teaching Pre-k through 4th grade students how to be followers of Jesus.

With the help of the curriculum strategy "252 Basics" (see video below), we hope to create an entire worship service for our elementary students complete with songs, goofy characters, and important lessons on what it means to walk in The Way. Along with a facelift to the Children's Church program itself, the room used for Children's Church is also getting a facelift to reflect the new theme. Our goal is to create a space that excites students, reminds them of our purpose, and invites them to come along for the journey. Keep checking back here for updates and pictures on the renovations.

We are very excited to see how God is going to work through The Way, and we hope to see your student there for its launch on September 19.
